We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to elderly individuals across all industries. As an Aged Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our elderly clients. Responsibilities:

Assist elderly individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.

Provide emotional support and companionship to promote a positive and nurturing environment.
n
Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
n
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
n
Maintain a clean and secure living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
n




Document and report any changes in clients' physical or mental conditions to the appropriate personnel.
n
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans.
n
Participate in training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills in aged care.

Qualifications:
n
n
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Agerd Care
n
Previous experience in aged care or a related field is preferred.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Compassionate and patient nature.
n
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Basic knowledge of Aged Care Act.
n
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle stressful circumstances.
n
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are desirable.
