You'll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus full menu.

Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills

Can produce consistent quality
n
Have a positive and 'can do' attitude
n
Own traditional uniform and knives
n
Have experience in quality a la carte dining
n
Have a keen eye with high attention to detail

Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
n
