Administration Officer
in our
Townsville Depot
. As a Administration Officer you are an integral part of our customer experience and this role would suit a proactive, organized, self-starter, with a positive & enthusiastic energy to add to our close-knit team.
The Role: n
n
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm & 10:00am-6:00pm shifts available.
n
Effectively managing a high volume of Data entry, assisting with compliance, POD's, Drivers run sheets, ensure loads of Dangerous goods are compatible and provide pallet correspondence.
n
Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external.
n
Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries including reporting on misdirected freight
n

About You: n
n
Transport Industry specific experience OR knowledge advantageous
n
Previous customer service in face to face or online experience would be highly regarded
n
Computer skills - Microsoft Suite and systems experience required
n
Ability to work within a team environment as well as a go-getter attitude to regular tasks and challenges
n
Positive and Supportive Focused outlook with the willingness to learn
n
