Palomas Bar is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team.

We're after someone who is confident behind the bar, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing great service. Experience with cocktails and high-volume hospitality is preferred, but we're also happy to hear from people with a strong attitude who are keen to learn.
Bartender – Palomas & Hopscotch Bar n
Palomas Bar is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team.

We're after someone who is confident behind the bar, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing great service. Experience with cocktails and high-volume hospitality is preferred, but we're also happy to hear from people with a robust attitude who are keen to learn.
The Role n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
n
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
Maintaining a clean and organised bar
n
Taking orders and processing payments
n
Restocking and assisting with bar setup and close-down
n
Following responsible service of alcohol requirements




n
Working closely with the floor, bar and management teams
n
Maintaining consistency and presentation across all drinks
n
What We're Looking For n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous bartending or hospitality experience
n
A valid ACT RSA
n
Confidence working in a busy bar environment
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Reliability and a strong work ethic
n
Availability across evenings and weekends
n
Cocktail experience is highly regarded
n
