An exciting opportunity now exists to join the Supabarn Supermarkets team as a Front End Customer Service Manager in our Kingston store.

We are seeking a mature person with solid communication and customer service skills, who can lead our front end team. You will ensure that a team of around 50 staff understand and accept their responsibility regarding customer service, and uphold Supabarn's excellent reputation for top quality service.

The successful candidate will have a strong demonstrated customer service background, preferably within a similar retail or supermarket environment. You will be energetic, cooperative and well presented, with outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management.
