Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workday experience to join a major HR transformation program.
About the Role n
You will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a recent Workday solution.
Key responsibilities include n
n
Mapping Level 4 and Level 5 business processes
n
Leading requirements workshops with business stakeholders
n
Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
n
Working with architects and vendors to develop solutions
n
Identifying gaps between business requirements and proposed solutions
n
Supporting testing, UAT and implementation
n
Maintaining requirements traceability through delivery
n
Supporting go-live and hypercare activities
n




About You n
n
10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
n
Strong Workday HCM experience
n
Robust BPMN process mapping skills
n
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
n
Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation experience
n
Experience with system integrations and technical requirements
n
Experience supporting UAT and implementation
n

Intial 6-month contract (good chance of extensions)
