Southern Cross Care in Adelaide is seeking a Permanent Full‐Time Registered Nurse to provide holistic leadership across care teams, assess health status, develop care plans, and supervise staff to deliver high‐quality, resident‐centred care.
You'll lead shifts, monitor wellbeing, and enforce safety and quality standards.
The role offers a 76‐hour fortnight roster, 2‐weekly rotating shifts, and opportunities to advance through our Leadership Program for RNs and ENs.
