Tenants Queensland is seeking a Tenancy Advice Worker to join the QSTARS HUB team in Brisbane.
After training support, you will provide tenancy advice and casework services to help renters assert their rights and meet their responsibilities, including resolving disputes and connecting them to relevant services.
You will be part of a statewide HUB contact centre, supported by the HUB Coordinator and training officer, delivering high-quality tenancy law advice and triaging to regional offices.
