Senior Business Analyst | Agile & DevOps
Deliver end-to-end business analysis across a complex enterprise ICT environment, working with business, product and technical teams to define requirements and viable solutions.
This role requires full-time onsite attendance, with flexible working arrangement requests considered case by case against business requirements.
Location:
QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, SA
Work Arrangement:
Onsite – 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Essential Tasks
Map business processes and analyse business problems with business and system users.
Develop functional requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories and DevOps work items.




Analyse solution options and provide data-driven insights for decisions and cost estimates.
Work with product, technical and delivery teams to define viable business solutions.
Key Criteria
Lead business analysis experience across the full SDLC in enterprise environments.
Agile delivery experience producing process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria using DevOps toolsets.
Solid stakeholder consultation, requirements elicitation and user acceptance coordination experience.
Experience using SQL queries, MS Excel and/or Power BI for business analysis.
Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline clearance.
