Pathfinders is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Mid North Coast region on a 24 hour per week basis.
The role requires flexibility for afternoon, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts, with duties including personal care and supporting people with epilepsy and behaviours of concern.
You will provide solid leadership, rostering oversight and support staff supervision to ensure high-quality, person-led support.
