Compass Group Pty Limited seeks a Chef Manager for a rural NSW site, offering a hybrid Chef and Site Management role.
FIFO from Sydney or DIDO if local to the Cobar region.
Expect an 8 days on, 6 days off roster with a salary up to AU$125,000 plus Superannuation, with meals and accommodation provided in office.
You will oversee daily site operations, manage accommodation and village services, and lead a small team while hands-on cooking for guests.
