The Role:
Millennium is looking for reliable and motivated
Cleaners
to join our team at one of our retail sites.
If you take pride in your work, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, we'd love to hear from you.
We have
full-time opportunities
available, with shifts across weekdays.
Pay:
As per the cleaning award rate
Roster
Monday to Friday 12:30am to 8:06am
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out general commercial cleaning to a high standard.
Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
Clean amenities and toilets, including deep cleaning using pressure washers and small scrubber machines.
Collect, transport and dispose of rubbish,



including moving full bins to compactors for emptying.
Roll and move heavy wet floor mats prior to floor maintenance activities.
Spot clean furniture and fixtures.
Clean internal and external glass as required.
Dust and sanitise surfaces.
Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
Move cleaning equipment and machinery between levels as required.
Work independently during night shifts, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed before the centre opens.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
What You'll Bring
Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to delivering high standards.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts when required.
Experience operating floor cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, buffers or sweepers is highly regarded.
Driver licence needed to operate machinery.
Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
