Job Description
Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Children's Services in Ipswich.
You'll help create a safe, nurturing home for children aged 5–18 who have experienced trauma, supporting school routines, life skills and recreation while building robust relationships and guiding them toward their goals.
You'll work within a 24/7 residential setting, collaborating with families and professionals, and participate in trauma-informed practice and ongoing learning opportunities.
