Job Description
Align Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator/HSE Officer to support multiple sites in a large national organisation.
The role is field-focused, based in Dandenong, and involves hands-on risk management, contractor oversight and safety culture development.
You will partner with site leadership, coach teams on risk assessments, conduct inspections, manage incidents and drive practical safety outcomes across regional locations, with regional travel expected.
