We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our growing and supportive Rental Department at Barry Plant Lilydale.

About the role: -
Full time – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio while working closely with our Leasing, BDM & Administration teams.
Your responsibilities will include:-
Managing a portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacate
Maintaining and building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
Handling compliance, tenancy matters and arrears




Maintaining accurate records and providing a high level of service
What you must have: -
Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and Agent's Representative Certificate
Strong organisation and time management skills with a proactive approach
Confidence dealing with rental providers, renters and trades
Strong attention to detail
A cooperative mindset and willingness to support others
