This is a outstanding opportunity for a self-driven lawyer to take ownership ofcorporate governance, compliance and commercial legal matters, working closely with senior leadership in a highly autonomous role.
About You
4+ years PQE, ideally with acorporate/commercialand compliance background
Strong understanding ofcorporate governance and compliance
Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
Highly self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
Strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged
The Role
Own corporate governance and compliance matters
Provide commercial and corporate legal advice
