Available Full-Time Schedules and a (4-Day Compressed Roster) n

For the early birds a morning roster (Sunday to Thursday):
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
n
n
For the night owls a evening roster (across the 7 days)
: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
n
n
Enjoy 3 full days off every week! Evening Roster (Friday to Monday):
1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
n

This is a 100% office-based role at our Hawthorn headquarters.

A strong ability to focus on details
n
n
Strong problem-solving skills to fill client schedules both long-term and short term
n
n




Robust computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and properly communicated
n
n
Multitasking client and caregiver inquiries and follow-ups via email and phone
n
n
Holistically engage and listen to the caller to gather essential information to determine the needs
n
n
Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone
n

You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
