n Food Idea Pty Ltd, trading as Ballarat Aussie Adda is an authentic Western & South Asian Restaurant located at 202 Albert Street, Sebastopol, VIC **** that specialises in Western & Bangladeshi Fusion cuisines all are made to order dishes. with great customer Service, value for money and large meals. We currently have a full-time opportunity available for an experienced Chef to join our team.

As a Chef, you will be running our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen operation, from menu development and preparation to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will lead kitchen team, ensuring smooth service throughout the day and night shifts where applicable.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Create and prepare delicious Bangladeshi Fusion cuisines, Italian Dishes and other food items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
n
Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
n
Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
n
Oversee food preparation, adhering to food safety regulations.
n
Lead and train the kitchen team,



fostering a positive and productive work environment.
n
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen setting.
n
Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
n

Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a Chef in a similar environment Qualification: Cert 3, Cert 4 in Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Salary: $82,000 Why Join Us?
