A highly successful Tier 2 construction company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Perth team on a major $50M+ Build-to-Rent apartment project near Canning Vale.

The project comprises 60+ apartments and will be delivered with a full project team supporting you. With a strong pipeline of future Build-to-Rent and multi-residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and career progression.
The Role n
n
Lead the day-to-day delivery of a $50M+ apartment development
n
Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
n
Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity
n
Lead and mentor the site team
n
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
n




Manage key subcontractor and stakeholder relationships
n
About You n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
n
Experience delivering $20M+ new-build projects
n
Strong commercial, residential or multi-residential experience
n
Excellent subcontractor and site management skills
n
Strong understanding of safety, quality and programme
n
n
Build-to-Rent / apartment experience highly regarded.
