Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our growing aftersales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced team setting. Previous automotive experience is desirable, however training will be provided for the right candidate - you do not need to be technically minded to succeed in this role.
About the Role n
As a Service Adviser, you will be the link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Assisting customers with service bookings and enquiries
n
Preparing repair orders and maintaining accurate records
n
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
n
Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff
n
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
n




General administration and follow-up tasks
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and people skills
n
Is organised with strong attention to detail
n
Enjoys administration and customer interaction
n
Can work well in a busy team environment
n
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Holds a current and valid driver licence (mandatory)
n
Previous dealership or automotive experience is desirable but not essential
