Position Summary:
n
BOH: The Kitchen team member will deliver kitchen operations during their shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency. The Kitchen team member plays a pivotal role in working with the BOH team, ensuring that service KPIs are met and upholding Fonda's operational excellence, all while delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding kitchen performance.

Leading by example and demonstrating best-practice at all of our back-of-house stations

Inspire epic guest reviews through the serving of high-quality dishes that nail both taste and presentation points
n
Stay true to Fonda's processes and procedures
n
Rotate stock according to Food Safety Standards
n
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing the restaurant
n
Consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda's Steps of Service.

Drive the sales, guest experience and labour goals for your restaurant while leading the shifts
n
Inspire the team to deliver an incredible dining experience for our customers every day.
