The role focuses on common law matters with a healthy pipeline, offering 5–10 years PQE and the chance to work on public liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence and workplace claims. The package ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 base pay, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus and quarterly performance bonuses.
