Due to growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our highly collaborative and energetic Talent team. Requirements

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor at efm Logistics you will:
n
n
Manage the end to end recruitment processes across a broad range of roles within the Customer Service and Finance Operations teams. This includes, posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers and onboarding new starters.
n
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs as well as supporting them through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary.
n
Proactively create a talent pool, taking the initiative to strategically source and actively search talent.
n




Execute on sourcing and attraction initiatives including the proactive identification and approach of potential candidates using Seek, LinkedIn etc., and continuously build networks into target talent markets.

About you:
n
n
Previous experience in a high volume Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role
n
Strategic mindset, with ability to deliver tactically and operationally
n
Driven by values and personal ethics
n
Ability to influence and coach stakeholders
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
