About the Role n
As Senior Supervisor, you'll be a key driver of success on-site—leading a dynamic team, liaising with clients, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing project delivery from start to finish.
You'll Be Responsible For: n
n
Managing a team of supervisors for safe and effective execution of works
n
Coordinating and scheduling workforce activities to meet project timelines
n




Managing on-site operations and leading a high-performing team
n
Maintaining strong client relationships and communication
n
Implementing operational improvement strategies
n
Ensuring health & safety compliance across all activities
n
Reporting project progress and quality control
n
Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project for scheduling and documentation
n
Reviewing project programs and delegating tasks accordingly
n
What We're Looking For n
You're an experienced leader who thrives in high-energy environments and understands how to keep teams motivated and projects on track.
Key Requirements: n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably within industrial services.
n
Leadership skills—You know how to motivate and manage a diverse team, ensuring everyone works together toward shared goals.
n
Safety-first mentality—You're committed to upholding health and safety standards.
n
Detail-oriented—You're meticulous with reporting, scheduling, and project management.
n
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Project.
n
Scaffold experience is a bonus, but not a requirement!
n
Qualifications & Certifications n
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Construction White Card
n
MSIC (or ability to obtain)
n
Certificate IV / Diploma / Degree in Management, Business, or related field
n
