Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team at Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd – Kerrisdale Gardens in Beaconsfield, Mackay on a fixed-term, part-time basis to provide parental leave cover until 1 May ****.
n
As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, staff and external providers. You will play an significant role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment for everyone who enters our facility.
n
The position is 2 days per week – Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm, with the potential to provide additional cover when required.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Welcoming residents, families, visitors and contractors
n
Answering and directing telephone calls and enquiries
n
Managing reception and general administrative duties
n
Responding to emails and correspondence
n
Assisting with appointments, enquiries and visitor sign-in
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n
Providing general administrative support to the facility and management team
n
Maintaining a skilled, friendly and welcoming reception workplace
n
Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
n
