Job Description
As Guest Services Team Leader, you will lead and support the Guest Services team in their daily duties, providing friendly, professional and efficient service to guests. You will assist with bookings, enquiries, payments and general reception duties, help resolve guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and positive manner, and ensure reception and Guest Services operations run smoothly each day. You will support the team during busy periods and provide guidance when required, maintain high standards of presentation, communication and customer service, work closely with park management and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience, and assist with the coordination and prioritisation of daily operational requirements.
Key responsibilities n
Lead and support our Guest Services team in their daily duties

Provide friendly, skilled and efficient service to guests
n
Assist with bookings, enquiries, payments and general reception duties
n
Help resolve guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and positive manner
n
Ensure reception and Guest Services operations run smoothly each day
n




Support the team during busy periods and provide guidance when required
n
Maintain high standards of presentation, communication and customer service
n
Work closely with park management and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
n
Assist with the coordination and prioritisation of daily operational requirements
About you n
Have previous experience in customer service, tourism, accommodation, hospitality or a similar environment
n
Experience with Newbook would be advantageous
n
Have experience leading or supervising a team
n
Confident, organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Enjoys problem solving and takes a practical, positive approach
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Own vehicle and be available to work across 5 locations
