Job Description
As our Appointment Setter, you will be the energetic voice of Pinnacle Choice. You will engage with warm prospects who have actively requested information about our wealth programs, asking key qualifying questions and booking them into Strategy Sessions with our senior consultants.
Key responsibilities n
Contact warm inbound leads (web submissions, ad forms, guide downloads) and execute database reactivation campaigns
n
Conduct engaging, structured conversations to assess client suitability, goals, and buying readiness
n
Schedule discovery calls and Strategy Sessions directly into consultants' calendars via Calendly
n
Keep client data, call notes, and pipeline statuses meticulously updated in monday.com
n
Execute automated and manual SMS/email follow-up sequences
n
Attend weekly sales strategy huddles and training during dedicated team day in the office
About you n
Prior phone sales, telesales, or appointment setting experience within real estate, property investment, or financial services
n




Exceptional verbal communication with an energetic, professional, and empathetic phone manner
n
Self-motivated with a high-performance mindset, strong work ethic, and natural hunger to hit targets
n
Coachable, curious, and eager to master market data, tax structures, and sales techniques
n
Comfortable navigating CRM platforms (monday.com), online calendars (Calendly), and pipeline tools
n
Competitive package: $65,000 base salary + super + $50 per Strategy Pack paid

4 days working autonomously from home and 1 team-oriented day in the office with the team
n
Direct coaching and mentorship from leadership team with structured pathway into full Sales Consultant role within 12 to 18 months
