What you will do n

Manage a clinical dietetic caseload to ensure personalised nutrition support
n
Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments and reviews
n
Develop and implement targeted nutritional care plans
n
Provide expert nutrition support to patients, ensuring optimal health and recovery
n
Efficiently manage and support enteral and tube feeding patients
n




Monitor and evaluate nutritional interventions and patient outcomes
n
Deliver precise and evidence-based dietetic advice to improve patient care
n
Collaborate and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
n
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records and documentation
n
Facilitate patient-centred care and participate actively in discharge planning
n
Requirements n
n
HCPC registration as a Dietitian
n
Proven NHS Dietetics experience
n
Solid experience in nutrition support and tube feeding
n
Ability to independently manage an extensive caseload
n
Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
n
Strong communication and organisational abilities
n
Collaborative mindset for working within multidisciplinary teams
n
Desirable Requirements n
n
Acute hospital dietetics experience
n
Experience managing complex nutritional support patients
n
Previous experience as a Band 6 Dietitian is a plus
n
