Position Overview:

As a Solicitor at our firm, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. Working closely with the owner and Principal Solicitor, you will be responsible for a diverse range of legal tasks, including client consultations, case research, litigation, document drafting, and client relationship management. Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to gather information and provide legal advice
n
Conduct thorough research on cases and relevant laws
n
Represent clients in court proceedings
n
Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail
n
Liaise with clients and other professionals, such as Barristers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base
n




Work closely with the owner and Principal Solicitor to deliver high-quality legal services
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Current Practicing Certificate and demonstrated experience in all areas of Law
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously with initiative while also being an effective team member
n
Dedication to building and fostering relationships with clients and referrers
n
Experience handling confidential and sensitive matters
n
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and other relevant software and databases
n
High-quality proofreading, grammatical, and spelling skills
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines
n
Experience using PEXA for conveyancing and other property matters is preferred
n
