TwinGlaze have an exciting opportunity for a Client Administration professional to join our growing team in Tullamarine, Melbourne.
n
Experiencing strong strategic growth, the operations team require a key addition to their team with a can-do attitude while possessing a robust background in all aspects of client & field administration. The right applicant will be a good communicator and problem solver with a proven background in organisational discipline in utilising CRM's to further improve client service delivery.
n
This Client admin/scheduler role will draw on your all aspects of your administration and scheduling skills.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
• Overall management of all installation and field services scheduling
n
• Ensuring that effective and efficient run schedules are produced for Installation and field service technicians
n
• Ensuring timely control and consistency of field service schedules
n
• Guide technicians on priorities when necessary
n




• Manage competing priorities and ensure changes in booking systems are constantly updated on CRM
n
• Liaising with clients and ensuring timely update schedule communications
n
• Answering client services phone queries and emails
n
• Update clients on job status in a timely manner
n
• Assigning work to sub-contractors
n
• Updating CRM on job completions and progress payments
n
• Provide performance reports and KPI targets to Operations Manager and Field services manager.
n
• General administrative tasks as required
n
To be successful in this role you will have the following key attributes:

• Previous administration and scheduling experience within the building industry
n
• Demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills
n
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy & time management.
n
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and Xero.
n
• Motivated to learn & self-develop
n
• Punctual, reliable & team orientated.
