Job Description
Pearl Home Care Pty is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a part time role in Geelong and Ballarat, VIC. Based onsite at the Geelong office, you will conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments, home visits and develop individualized care plans for clients in their homes and community settings.

The role emphasises evidence-based practice, liaising with Case Managers, GPs and families, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
