Park Hyatt Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Manager for Radii Restaurant & The Lounge to lead The Lounge & Garden and the Radii Restaurant & Bar as a successful independent profit centre.
You will plan, organise, direct and control the Food & Beverage operation to ensure guest satisfaction and Hyatt standard compliance.
You will supervise a team of 20, provide leadership, handle guest inquiries, assist with rosters, and drive high-quality service in a quick-paced, luxury setting.
