HVO is seeking a Training Officer to deliver and support training and competency programs across a large open cut mining site in NSW.
You will ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain training records in the LMS, and continuously improve training materials and resources.
You will work with the Training Coordinator, Superintendents and supervisors to implement training and compliance plans, mentor staff, and drive a safety-first learning culture within the site.
