Community Solutions is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in a permanent full time role with hybrid work from home options in the Moreton Bay region.
You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans, and collaborate with families, support workers, and allied health professionals to promote safety, choice, and independence.
