We design, configure, migrate and manage Primavera environments, build cloud solutions, solve complex technical problems and help clients get more value from their systems.

What you will be doing:
n
Own the technology -
Install, configure, upgrade and support the Oracle Primavera suite, including P6 EPPM, P6 PPM, Unifier, Prime and Primavera Risk Analysis.
n
Build and manage cloud environments -
Create, maintain and optimise client environments across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Azure.
n
Solve complex problems -
Provide Level 2 technical and functional support, troubleshoot issues and proactively improve environments before problems become critical.
n
Connect technology with business needs -
Work directly with clients to understand requirements, map processes and translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.
n
Go beyond configuration -
Work with Power BI, Oracle Analytics,



Web Services and API integrations to extend and improve client solutions.
n
Share your expertise -
Create high-quality technical documentation, support end-user training and mentor junior members of the team.
n
Help shape solutions -
Contribute to solution design, presales and proposals, identify technical risks and help determine the best approach for our clients.
n
There may also be opportunities to visit client sites and see first-hand the major projects your work supports.
n

You will have structured learning and development opportunities, exposure to complex environments and genuine opportunities to lead, mentor and shape how we deliver technology services.

What you will bring:
n
Strong hands-on experience installing, configuring and supporting Oracle Primavera products
n
Practical experience managing cloud environments across OCI and or Azure
n
Experience working within SLAs in a consulting or managed services environment
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
n




Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
n
Confidence working directly with clients and taking ownership of technical outcomes
n
Highly regarded
n
Five or more years of Oracle Primavera technical experience
n
Experience or certification in Oracle DBA, Cloud Architecture or Cyber Security
n
Power BI or Oracle Analytics experience
n
Experience with Web Services, APIs or system integrations
n
Experience across transport, infrastructure, mining or resources
n
Experience mentoring or supporting junior technical team members
n
