The Position...
n
With the recent growth in their business, they are currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join the team in their engineering facility. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in the mechanical industry, with a diversity of projects and skills.

n Key responsibilities include:n
n
n
n
Preparation and assembly of manufactured components
n
n
Assembly of service modules and water carts
n
n
Installation and securing of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
n
n
Manufacturing or modifying components
n
n
Troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment
n
n
Reading and interpreting drawings or specifications
n
n
Maintaining and adhering to health and safety in the workplace
n
n
Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
n
n
n




nThe normal business hours of operation are as follows: n
n6am to 5pm Monday to Thursday;n
n6am to 3pm Friday to Saturday.n
n Your hours of work would include: n
n
n
n
Normal hours - 10.5 hours Monday to Thursday
n
n
Normal hours - 6 hours Friday
n
n
Overtime when required
n
n
n
n n
n
The Ideal Candidate...
n
The ideal candidate will have the following:
n
n
n
n
Trade certificate relevant to your trade (Cert III or higher)
n
n
Valid Australian C Class driver's licence (HR highly desirable, but not essential)
n
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Current High-Risk License – Forklift (preferred, but not essential)
n
n
Previous experience of road trucks and LV's
n
n
National police clearance (or willing to obtain)
n
n
Intermediate computer skills (preferred, but not essential)
n
n
Strong commitment to safety and quality
n
n
Motivated, hard-working and a positive attitude
n
n
