Miller Leith is partnering with a leading FMCG organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand. With a diverse portfolio and a strong presence in manufacturing, supply chain and consumer markets, this business is scaling fast and looking for an ambitious finance professional to grow with it.
The Opportunity n
Reporting to the CFO, you'll own month-end close, general ledger and inventory accounting, while driving improvements across reporting, governance and financial controls. You'll partner closely with operations and supply chain, delivering commercial insights that shape decision-making through the business's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting
n
Manage stock valuations, COGS and standard costing
n
Support statutory reporting, audits,



forecasting and internal controls
n
Use NetSuite ERP to streamline processes and strengthen reporting
n
Partner with operations, supply chain and senior leadership
n
Contribute to building finance capability and processes across the function
n
About You n
n
CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
n
Currently a Senior Financial Accountant, Management Accountant or similar, ready for the next step
n
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or production-based environments
n
Hands-on inventory and cost accounting exposure
n
NetSuite experience highly regarded; advanced Excel essential
n
Strong communicator who is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership
n
