SPICES 29 PTY LTD in NSW's coastal region invites a seasoned Cook/Head Chef to curate a recent menu and lead a small team. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure dishes meet quality standards, and manage costs, inventory, and ordering while maintaining health and safety compliance.
