The role n
You'll take the civil, technical side of greenfield land development projects from raw dirt to titled lots. Authoritiy liaison, report writing, checking, setting strategy, understanding the brief, understanding the technical programme - these are all in your remit.

You're probably from a design background.



You're the one who keeps the civil side of the project moving.
n
It's not however, full project budget management or multi-disciplinary co-ordination. That's the role of a Project Manager.
You'll bring n
n
Civil Engineering Degree
n
Victorian land development experience, consultant-side, as this is a technical role.
n
A cool head when council comes back with RFIs
n
The ability to juggle several projects, all at different stages
n
Patience with people and good humour.
n
Take home: $140k - $180k p/a plus Super, or thereabouts + on site car parking. You're mostly going to be office based, with some site meetings to see clients. This isn't a Project Delivery role and you won't need more than the use of a pool car. n
