With a strong pipeline of secured projects and an established client base, the business is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Services Manager to join their Sydney team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Services Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing all building services across projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure services are effectively coordinated, programmed and delivered to a high standard.
You will be responsible for managing services across projects while identifying and resolving design, coordination and construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.
DUTIES
Manage and coordinate all building services across projects
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and other specialist services
Manage services subcontractors and consultants
Review services documentation, drawings and specifications
Identify and resolve design and coordination issues
Attend design and services coordination meetings
Manage services procurement and subcontractor engagement




Monitor services programming and project milestones
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Assist with cost control and commercial management of services packages
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Tertiary or Trade Qualification in Building, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline is preferable
Proven experience as a Services Manager, Services Coordinator or similar within commercial construction
Strong understanding of building services and services coordination
Proven experience working across commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
