The opportunity
We are thrilled to invite a motivated Graduate to join our dynamic Financial Planning team.
This role offers you hands-on experience in all aspects of financial advice and client service.
Our structured training program combines on-the-job learning, professional training, and mentoring to help you build a strong foundation for your career in financial planning.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Support financial advisers in preparing advice documents, research, and client reports
Assist with client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing service needsLiaise with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow




Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Contribute to team projects and process improvements
Your experience and attributes
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a tertiary qualification in either Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field.You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as well-developed interpersonal skills.
To be successful you must have excellent time management and organisational skills and a confident manner with the ability to work autonomously.
You will have attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and succeed!
