You will design and implement reward policies, prepare reports for Executive and Board, and drive efficiency through automation of reward processes.
You will work with the Reward team to ensure accurate data, support cyclical remuneration activities, and provide frontline advisory support for reward-related queries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
