We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join a well-established business within the agricultural products industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing customer enquiries and orders, and supporting a collaborative team.
About the Role
Working as part of a supportive Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Accurately process and enter customer orders with a high level of attention to detail
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
Manage and organise incoming email orders
Support the Customer Service Team Leader and wider team with daily operational activities
Assist with team projects and administrative tasks as required
Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
