Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC) seeks a Head of Fuel, Fleet and Logistics in Cairns to lead fleet, fuel and freight services across island communities.
You will align asset lifecycle planning, maintenance, supply, contracts and people capability with service needs, delivering improvements that reduce costs and strengthen local employment.
You will manage approved programs and budgets, plan capacity, oversee the fuel value chain, and develop both annual and long-term financial plans
