L'unico Pty/Ltd (The Clayton Hotel) is looking for a skilled Chef to join ourteam. The position will be Full Time with a Salary ranging from $************* per annum for the right candidate.
Responsibilities n
Planning and organising menus
n
Estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies
n
Prepare and present quality dishes with consistency at all times
n
Discuss food preparation issues with Front-of House Managers, kitchen and wait staff
n
Advise on relevant cooking procedures and demonstrate techniques
n
Prepare and cook food as per the relevant menu
n
Enforce hygiene regulations and ensure all staff are aware of the details
n
Select and Train staff when necessary
Requirements n
Relevant Hospitality education is preferred
n
Diploma or Advanced Diploma
n
