Caneland Central is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Customer Service Team Member
to join our Centre Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.
n
n
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers, retailers, contractors and visitors alike.
n
n
About the Role
n
This is a
casual position
, offering approximately
2–3 shifts per week
. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and holiday periods, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
n
As a Customer Service Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers
n
Acting as a key point of contact between customers, retailers and Centre Management
n
Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks
n
Supporting contractors and service providers within the centre
n
Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and qualified environment
n
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Previous customer service, retail or administrative experience
n
A proactive and positive attitude
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
