We're partnering with an established, family-run real estate agency in Wollert and Truganina looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager looking for a manageable portfolio, strong support, no weekends and genuine career progression into a Senior role.
The Opportunity n
n
Manageable portfolio of approximately 30 commercial properties
n
Portfolio located across Wollert and surrounding suburbs
n
Role can be based out of either the
Wollert or Truganina office
n
Portfolio primarily consists of commercial factories and retail shops
n
Full end-to-end Commercial Property Management
n
Dedicated Leasing Consultant and Administration support
n
Established team of approximately 30 staff
n
Vacancy available due to business growth
n
Opportunity to progress into a Senior Commercial Property Management role
n
Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm with no weekends
n
On-site parking
n
Modern systems including PropertyMe, Vault and PriceFinder
n
No Trust Accounting
n




Christmas party and annual awards night
n
$80K–$100K + super + commissions, depending on experience
n
Fuel allowance available depending on package
n
ASAP start

About You n
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager who can independently manage a portfolio and is looking for a long-term prospect within a growing commercial department.
You'll ideally have: n
n
Minimum 4 years of Commercial Property Management experience
n
Strong knowledge of commercial property legislation
n
Experience independently managing a commercial portfolio
n
Strong end-to-end Commercial Property Management skills
n
Experience managing commercial factories and retail properties
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
n
Looking for genuine career progression into a Senior role
n
Agents Representative Certificate
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
