About the role
n
Join our banking customer service team and help customers with everyday enquiries. You'll be supported every step of the way with structured training and coaching.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Answer inbound customer calls (no sales)
n
Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking
n
Use multiple systems to find solutions
n
Provide accurate and professional support
n
About you
n
Customer service or banking experience desirable (retail, hospitality, call centre - all welcome!)
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Must have Australian work rights
n
Must be willing to undergo background checks, including Police checks
n
No sales – 100% customer service
n
Penalty rates for week-end work, public holidays or overnight work
n
Paid birthday off (conditions apply)

Monthly performance bonuses ($300 to $500 per month)
