What you will do
n
Depending on your role, you may
n
n
Provide bar,



floor or gaming service to guests
n
Prepare and serve food in our kitchens
n
Support cooks and chefs with preparation, cleaning and dishwashing
n
Serve customers and manage stock in our bottle shops
n
Look after rooms and public areas in housekeeping
n
Assist with opening and closing procedures and supervising shifts
n
n
What you will bring
n
n
A positive attitude and strong customer focus
n
Reliability and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
n
For bar, gaming and bottle shop roles, a current RSA (or willingness to obtain) and any required gaming accreditation
n
For kitchen roles, some experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage
n
For supervisory roles, previous hospitality experience and confidence leading a small team
n
