As a Residential Support Worker, you will deliver a variety of services to participants to support them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life and to develop independent living skills in everyday life in their shared living setting.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a variety of services to participants
n
Support participants to live a fulfilling and meaningful life
n
Support development of independent living skills in everyday life in shared living environments
n
About you
n
At least 3 years experience as a Residential Support Worker (SIL)
n
Experience in supporting participants with behaviour of concerns and/or complex medical needs
n
Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis and Manual Handling First Aid with CPR
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
Good written and spoken English
n
Drivers license and reliable vehicle
n
